The UIBC is the International Union of Bakers and Confectioners. We represent the global community of bakery and pastry, which is an important sector for every single person all over the world. All the people in every continent eat bread and make cakes. The variety of the products made by professional bakers and confectioners is overwhelming, and overall, the ingredients are very much the same. On the other hand, the challenges our sector is facing are also similar in many parts of the world. That is why the International Union of Bakers and Confectioners is thriving to support national bakery and confectionery associations and to promote the wonderful work of all bakery and confectionery professionals in the world.
