Here’s the international DAY OF SWEET TEMPTATIONS!
Following the example of the World Day of Bread, which was created by UIB in 2006, the UIBC Commission Assembly of Confectioners has worked on the project DAY OF SWEET TEMPTATIONS during their international meetings, sharing opinions and market experience from countries all over the world. They decided that the best possible date for the promotion of Confectionery products would be the famous 14th February – Valentines Day, which offers a great marketing possibility for the pastry sector nearly everywhere around the globe.
After launching an online design contest for the creation of the poster to be used by confectioners in order to promote the DAY OF SWEET TEMPTATIONS, the final version of this marketing tool has now been released in the four official UIBC languages English, Spanish, German and French.
