And according to Bernd, a lot has been achieved together in the last 6 years, among other things new GUIDELINES FOR BREAD AND PASTRY and thanks the Zentralverband des Deutsche Handwerks (ZDH) and the Zentralband de Deutsche Bäckerhandwerks (ZV) for the honorable nomination and presentation. And he also thanks the DLMBK-Kolleg: innen of science, economics, food monitors and consumer protection agencies for the good cooperation, despite different interests, also former federal minister Christian Schmidt for the appeal.
