🏆 UIBC Awards 2025: José Roldán and Joanne Huang, Leading Figures of the Year

During the emotional Gala Dinner of the UIBC Congress 2025, held this month in São Paulo, the prestigious UIBC awards were presented to two of the most outstanding professionals in the global baking and confectionery world.

The title of UIBC World Baker of the Year 2025 was awarded to José Roldán Triviño, Spanish master baker and captain of the Spanish National Artisan Baking Team (CEOPPAN). Meanwhile, the title of UIBC World Confectioner of the Year 2025 was awarded to Joanne Huang, from Singapore. With a career defined by technical excellence and artistic innovation, Joanne represents a new generation of pastry chefs who blend tradition and modernity with remarkable sensitivity.
