🍞✨ UIBC Competitions for Young Bakers and Junior Confectioners at FIPAN 2025 in São Paulo: A Global Stage for the Next Generation of Bakers and Confectioners

This July, São Paulo will become the international hub for the baking and confectionery industry as it hosts FIPAN 2025– one of Latin America’s largest and most influential trade fairs for bakery, confectionery, and foodservice.


A major highlight of the event will be the UIBC  competitions, showcasing emerging talent from around the globe:

  • the International Competition of Young Bakers, where young professionals from Brazil, Chile, China, France, Germany, Mexico, Spain and Sweden will demonstrate skill, creativity, and precision,

  • and the Junior World Championship of Confectioners, featuring pastry talents under the age of 25 from Brazil, Chile, Germany, Mexico and Taiwan presenting artistic and technical excellence.


In a dedicated competition arena, attendees can watch live as participants create stunning bread displays, sweet showpieces, and refined desserts – a true celebration of craftsmanship and innovation.


Beyond the competitions, FIPAN offers a rich program of industry trends, networking, and product innovation, making it a must-attend event for anyone passionate about the future of baking and confectionery.
